We're glad you stopped by! LeBrun Photography is a family-owned photography business that specializes on weddings located in eastern Minnesota that serves Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, or anywhere you are!
It's about you!
First of all, your wedding day is all about you, your future spouse, family and guests, and making your day perfect! I've done my job if you can just show up to your wedding day, relax and enjoy the day.
There is work that goes into your special day to make everything run smoothly: an initial phone or in-person consultation, an engagement session (where we can get to know each other better), a Wedding Checklist (a series of questions to help plan the day down to the minute), pre-wedding phone consultation (where we go over your Wedding Checklist a couple weeks before the date and fine tune the itinerary for the day) ... and then your wedding!
I see each image as a work of art and edit according to the feel of the photo. My style is classic and timeless with natural colors, sometimes moody, sometimes light & airy depending on the photo.
This is a style that is not trendy and is used by the top photographers around the world. You will be provided with timeless, classic color and black and white images that won't be identified by a certain era and will be appreciated by you and your family for years to come.
What makes LeBrun Photography unique from other photographers is of course the final product, but clients will get much more than that. You will receive a sneak peek within 48 hours of your wedding date (usually within 24 hours). Another thing that sets us apart is that we listen to you. If you have ideas for engagement photos or wedding photos, they can be copied into the Wedding Checklist Google doc and used for poses!
Whether it's an engagement shoot or the day of your wedding, we will do everything we can to make the day special and unique, capturing the formal shots along with candid and fun images from the day.
You will also receive a custom-made box, engraved with your names and wedding date, which contains a USB with all your edited engagement and wedding photos.
And yes, we will do destination weddings ... We will travel to where you are!
About the Photographers
The main photographer, Traci LeBrun, is a Minnesota journalist (newspaper editor) by day. Traci has spent several years as an editor for newspapers and photojournalist where she has had the privilege to photograph two former presidents, President Obama and President Trump, along with current President Biden (see Photojournalism page), as part of the White House Press Pool, and more locally, taking human interest, sports and community photos. She is an award-winning MNA (Minnesota Newspaper Association) photojournalist and writer/reporter.
Her experience in the newspaper business and photojournalism has given her an eye for detail in capturing those rare and special moments ... bringing your wedding day to life again through photos!
Her favorite subject to photograph is people, and bringing people joy when they see their finished product is the best!
Another photographer and partner in the family business, Luke LeBrun, serves as a second shooter when needed. And family member, Ashton LeBrun, is a mechanical engineer by day and helps with the business as well.
